Story is important too and idc if it's pure nukige or not really. I suppose the best I've tried would be Meltys Quest, I haven't really played many rpgm games and haven't had luck finding a thread here or elsewhere that focuses on the quality of the game itself. I am wanting to find the best gameplay rpgm game there is, that also does have at least some sex/nudity.
Seems like you might be the guy to ask since you play non-nukige games. I was gonna add an edit to my comment but it's long enough. Lost it with a factory reset on my phone and nothing I searched led me to it, so thanks much for having that in your list! I was just starting chapter 2 and loving everything about it so far. I have been trying to find the name of Fantasy Valley for a week or so. Side note I should probably take a few minutes and write some reviews for the games I have played. I usually don't enjoy games with a huge amount of story and character building but this kept me entertained throughout. In part because NTR is by far my favorite fetish, but also due to the quality and depth to the writing. I am just noticing how low the review score is I'm not sure why but it's my favorite adult game I've ever played. In any case if you are indifferent or okay with NTR then you might like this. This one, maybe you will not find to your liking, as I don't see any ntr-focused games on your list and saw that you don't like Tyrant.
Kind of amazing how spot-on the husband/wife relationship and interactions were. Was blown away by the writing and the gameplay was about perfect lengthwise. Love it!) Didn't have much for expectations, especially since I haven't really ever enjoyed a "trainer" type game. (Same goes for Light of My Life which I see you have on here. I downloaded this after seeing it in Love of Magic on the laptop. I have 2 suggestions for you to check out if you haven't.
